Generellt har PAFF två typer av turer: mindre dagsturer som i regel är gratis, och större dagsturer eller övernattningar som har en avgift (pga att de är dyrare). Avgiften är satt för att PAFF ska gå plus minus noll på turen.
Alla turer kräver anmälan, mest för att vi ska kunna planera dem ordentligt. Det finns också begränsat antal platser med först till kvarn, men det brukar finnas plats för alla som vill! Anger vi en sista dag och tid för anmälan så gäller den oftast, men det är alltid värt att fråga om man missat den och väldigt gärna vill med!
För att komma på PAFFs turer behöver du vara medlem! Det kan du bli via vår hemsida (paff.nu/bli-medlem), eller i samband med att du anmäler dig till en tur. Vilket som går bra. Du är också viktigt att du betalar medlemsavgiften som går att betala via swish eller kontant (om du inte har swish), så att PAFF har pengar till att ordna turer för er!
För större turer har vi en deadline på när man ska ha betalat in turavgiften. Gör man inte det trots påminnelse får man inte en plats på turen. Har man betalat avgiften och inte kan komma behöver man hitta någon som kan ta ens plats.
Vi vill att man hör av sig så snart som möjligt om man inte kan komma på en tur! Vi behöver hålla noga koll på var alla anmälda är. Det bästa sättet att nå oss på är via mejl eller instagram. Är det något akut innan eller under en tur går det också att ringa.
In general, PAFF has two types of hikes/activities: smaller day hikes that are usually free, and larger hikes or overnight stays for which we charge a fee (because they’re more expensive to organize and host). The fee is based on the actual cost of travel, food etc. for that specific hike.
All our activities require members to sign up for them, so that we can plan them as well as possible. There’s a limit to the amount of spots, but there is usually space for everyone! If we’ve mentioned a last day and time for signing up, that applies, but it’s always worth sending us a question if you’ve missed the deadline and want to join!
In order to come to PAFF activities you need to be a member! You can sign up as a member on our website (paff.nu/bli-medlem) or when signing up for a hike. Either way is fine. It’s also very important that you pay the membership fee, which can be paid through swish or in cash (in case you don’t have swish), this is so that PAFF will have money to organize hikes for you!
For larger hikes/events we have a deadline for when the hike fee should be paid. If the fee is not paid despite a reminder you lose your spot on the hike. If the fee has been paid but you can’t come, you have to find someone else to take your spot.
We’d like for you to contact us as soon as possible if you can’t come to a hike you signed up for! We have to keep a close eye on everyone on the trip so it helps a lot! The most reliable ways to reach us is by e-mail or instagram. In emergencies before or during a hike you can also call us.
